जैन दर्शन के अनुसार, सृष्टि की रचना एवं पालन-पोषण -

जैन दर्शन के अनुसार, समस्त विश्व जीव तथा अजीव नामक दो नित्य एवं स्वतंत्र तत्वों से मिलकर बना है। जीव चेतन तत्व है, जबकि अजीव अचेतन जड़ तत्व है। यहां जीव से तात्पर्य उपनिषदों की सार्वभौमिक आत्मा से न होकर व्यक्तिगत आत्मा से है। जैन मतानुसार, आत्माएं अनेक होती हैं तथा सृष्टि के कण-कण में जीवों का वास है। अतः विकल्प (a) सही उत्तर है, जिसमें उल्लिखित है कि जैन दर्शन के अनुसार, सृष्टि की रचना एवं पालन-पोषण सार्वभौमिक विधान से हुआ है। इसका कोई संचालक या नियंत्रणकर्ता नहीं है।

As per Jain belief, universal law is the essential and real form of the universe. The universe and all its substances are eternal (everlasting). All substances gradually change. Previous forms give way to new ones without losing their inherent qualities. Jains believe that the universe is without beginning or end. The universe did not begin and end at any time. There is no need for some almighty to create or manage the affairs of the universe. The universe runs on itself according to its cosmic laws (laws of nature).
