Terms and Conditions of Service

Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the Pariksha Guru portal, mock examinations, or related learning resources.

1. Introduction & Operating Entity

Welcome to Pariksha Guru (accessible at https://www.pariksha.guru, https://app.pariksha.guru, and associated mobile or web interfaces). Pariksha Guru is an online educational technology platform operated in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

By registering, accessing, browsing, or purchasing any mock test series, study materials, or examination analytics on Pariksha Guru, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Dedicated Focus on Chhattisgarh State Examinations

Pariksha Guru is engineered exclusively to cater to government recruitment examinations conducted within the State of Chhattisgarh. Our specialized test series, Computer-Based Test (CBT) interfaces, and bilingual learning modules cover:

  • Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC): State Service Examination (SSE / PCS Prelims & Mains), Forest Service (ACF/Ranger), Engineering Services, and Assistant Professor exams.
  • Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CG Vyapam): Patwari, Revenue Inspector (RI), Hostel Warden (Chhatravas Adhikshak), Revenue Amin, Assistant Grade-3, Data Entry Operator (DEO), Mandi Nirikshak, and Chhattisgarh Teacher Eligibility Test (CG TET).
  • Chhattisgarh Police Department: Subedar, Sub-Inspector (SI) Cadre, and Platoon Commander Recruitment.

3. Independent Platform Disclaimer (No Government Affiliation)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pariksha Guru is an independent, private educational preparation portal. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially associated with the Government of Chhattisgarh, CGPSC, CG Vyapam, or the Chhattisgarh Police Department.

All official examination circulars, notifications, postponement announcements, and gazettes referenced on our portal are retrieved from official, publicly accessible government domains (such as psc.cg.gov.in and vyapam.cgstate.gov.in) strictly for informational awareness, educational reference, and timely alert dissemination for aspirants.

4. User Accounts, Eligibility & Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal consent of a parent or guardian to purchase test series and create an account.
  • Single-User License: Each account registration and test series subscription is granted to a single, individual aspirant. Account sharing, reselling credentials, distributing login access, or concurrent multi-device access to bypass licensing is strictly prohibited.
  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@pariksha.guru if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment Processing

  • Pricing: Access to specific full-length test series, sectional tests, and detailed question analytics requires payment of the specified subscription fee displayed on our platform.
  • Payment Gateways: Payments are processed through RBI-licensed, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (including Razorpay). Pariksha Guru does not store raw credit card numbers, debit card CVVs, or UPI PINs.
  • Currency & Taxes: All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes (including GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the instant, digital nature of our educational mock tests, answer keys, and AI performance reports, purchases are non-refundable once an aspirant has accessed or attempted any paid mock test.

Exceptions: A refund request may be considered within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase solely in instances of verified technical failures, such as:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by payment gateway timeouts.
  • Documented inability to access purchased test content despite valid credentials, verified by our technical support team.

7. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Policy

All content available on Pariksha Guru—including but not limited to proprietary mock questions, bilingual translations (Hindi and English), detailed answer explanations, analytical scorecards, software algorithms, UI designs, logos, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Pariksha Guru and protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, screenshot, screen-record, scrape, reverse engineer, republish, resell, or distribute test questions or answer explanations in any format (including Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, or YouTube videos).
  • The use of automated scripts, web spiders, scrapers, or browser bots to harvest questions or solutions is strictly illegal and will result in immediate permanent account termination and criminal reporting under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

8. Code of Conduct & Fair Examination Standards

Pariksha Guru computes state-wide percentile rankings and All-Chhattisgarh Leaderboards to help serious aspirants assess their true exam readiness. Aspirants agree to:

  • Attempt mock tests sincerely without utilizing automated answer bots, leaked keys, or unfair assistance.
  • Refrain from attempting to breach, probe, or compromise server security, APIs, or database integrity.
  • Refrain from posting abusive, derogatory, or defamatory material in any discussion forums or feedback channels.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our mock examinations and model papers are crafted by experienced educators following authentic examination patterns and official syllabi. However:

  • Pariksha Guru does NOT guarantee that identical questions will appear in official examinations or guarantee selection, qualification, or employment in any government post.
  • Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or immune from network latencies caused by third-party telecom providers.
  • In no event shall Pariksha Guru, its founders, or directors be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our testing platform.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. You agree that the courts located in Raipur or Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal dispute arising from this Agreement.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time to reflect legislative updates, platform feature enhancements, or operational changes. The latest version will always be published on this page with the revision date.
