बौद्ध दर्शन के अनुसार संस्कार का कारण है

<p>बौद्ध दर्शन के अनुसार संस्कार का कारण “अविद्या” (Ignorance) होती है। बौद्ध धर्म में प्रतित्यसमुत्पाद की श्रृंखला में बताया गया है कि अविद्या (अज्ञान) के कारण संस्कार (कर्म) उत्पन्न होते हैं। अविद्या का अर्थ है ज्ञान का अभाव या वास्तविकता की समझ का अभाव। अज्ञान ही समस्त दुखों का मूल कारण है।</p>
