अवध के एका आंदोलन (1921-22) का मुख्य केंद्र हरदोई, बहराइच और सीतापुर था। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य जमींदारों द्वारा उपज के रूप में वसूले जाने वाले लगान (बटाई) को नकद लगान में परिवर्तित कराना तथा दर्ज लगान से 50% अधिक अवैध वसूली, बेदखली व बेगार को रोकना था।
